Ball & Flag – Rules
Riders 1 and 3 commence the race behind the start/finish line whilstriders 2 and 4 start this race behind the changeover line.
Rider 1 starts with a ball.
Rider 1 rides to the cone level with pole 1 and places a ball on it. They then ride to collect the flag from the cone at pole 4, ride across the changeover line and hand it to the second rider.
The second rider rides to the cone level with pole 4 and places the flag in it, rides to the cone level with pole 1 to collect the ball then rides over the start/finish line to hand the ball to rider 3
Rider 3 repeats the same as rider 1.
Rider 4 does the same as rider 2, finishing holding the ball
Rider 4 does the same as rider 2, finishing holding the ball
If whilst placing the ball on the cone, the ball drops to the ground then the ball must have made contact with the cone whilst the ball was in the hand of the rider for the rider to complete the action dismounted.
Race Set Up:
1 ‘ball’ cone in line with the first set of bending poles. 1 ‘flag’ cone in line with the fourth row of bending poles containing 1 flag. Offset between the bending pole lines.
