New Composite Team Initiative for the U12 European Team Championships

IMGA is delighted to introduce a new Composite Team initiative for the Under 12 European Team Championships.

This exciting development is designed to give more young riders the opportunity to experience international mounted games competition, particularly those from countries that may find it difficult to field a full national U12 team.

Under the new rules, eligible riders from two or more member countries can come together to form a Composite Team and take part in the Championships, helping to grow participation, friendship and international cooperation across the sport.

While only national teams will remain eligible to win the Championship title, Composite Teams will have the chance to compete fully in the event and enjoy the complete Championship experience. We hope this initiative will encourage developing nations, support emerging riders and create even more opportunities for young athletes to be part of the IMGA community.
